FRANCE EUROPE INNOVATION

France Europe Innovation (FEI) is a French company represented by Olivier Degrand who proposes assistance and training for all kinds of organizations (Universities, SMEs, RTD performers…) wanting to take part in European projects partly funded by the European Commission, as coordinator or as partners.

FEI notably intervenes closely in the administrative and financial co-ordination of their projects. Main experience of France Europe Innovation has been accumulated within FP5 and FP6 European projects.

In the field of administrative and financial coordination of European projects, FEI is particularly skilled in the following activities:

• Day to day management between the project co-coordinator and the consortium / European Commission
• Drawing-up of the Consortium Agreement and amendments to this one, - financial management of the project through the use of specific dashboards, development of customized Intranet for exchange of documents and information among the partnership, generation of customized dashboards regarding the technical progress of the project (dashboards of spent Person-Months, achieved milestones, provided deliverables ...) thanks to an innovative solution developed by FEI : see http://www.france-europe-innovation.fr
• Writing of all management and progress reports to be introduced to the European Commission,
• Organization of meetings, preparation of slides for these ones and writing of minutes.
