Structure of the Loulla&Philla programme

The overall work plan of the project is a sequential plan of several studies comprising three phases:

1. The initial phase consists in validating the development plan for each compound targeted in the project.
2. The second phase consists in the execution of the following plan :
   • The new oral liquid formulations will be developed under the Good Manufacturing Practices.
   • The consortium will clinically investigate the new formulations of 6-Mercaptopurine and Methotrexate. These clinical studies will be explored through the results of the comparison of the new oral liquid formulations and the adult registered tablets as well as through the results of a PK model (based on literature data and the new clinical data) of the new formulations. 
3. The third phase will consist in doing necessary dissemination actvities to make project results known..
